1st Format the USB stick as NTFS: Open Windows Explorer and right click the drive> select a format option
2nd The file system combo box, select NTFS and click the Start button to begin.
3rd Then, open the Command Prompt as administrator, type in Start Search, cmd> Press Ctrl + Shift + Enter
or are ... "Access Denied" message after opening diskpart command.
4th Setting the Active Partition USB (Diskpart.exe)
A Command Prompt, type: Diskpart and press Enter
b. Wait for some time and type: list volume and press Enter
- The command will see all drives and partitions
C. Find that volume for your portable USB drive, in my case 6, why type: select volume 6 and press Enter again
D. Type: active and press Enter
DiskPart marked the current partition as active.
To learn more about the commands, press? and enter key.
Now complete the volume setting so active, type the command and press Enter Exit Again
5th Create Boot sector (bootsect.exe)
What is Bootsect? In Command Prompt, enter the following command to get acquainted with a tool: bootsect /?
Syntax:
bootsect {/ Help | / nt60 | / nt52} {SYS | All | <DriveLetter>:} [/ force]
Boot sector restoration tool
Bootsect.exe updates the master boot code for hard disk partitions to switch between BOOTMGR and NTLDR. You can use this tool to recover the boot sector of your computer.
Run "bootsect / help" for detailed instructions for use.
It is located in your Windows Vista installation directory called \ lifting

6th You now have successfully created a department Boot Vista installer ... Finally, open Windows Explorer> Go to Installer-enabled the Windows Vista DVD drive and copy these files and folders on USB stick:
1st Boot directory
2nd sources directory
3rd The files in the root directory (drive)
That's it!
Now you have a bootable USB stick Vista Installer-enabled ... BTW that rocks! (As Mr. David said ... However, I too!)
It is very useful in fixing problems and problems of Windows Vista for example, unbootable, infected with a virus, very slow and much more.
