This post is to update our previous post on What should we consider when buying LCD monitor .Due to the new computer hardware technology has been introduced by display monitor industry, the new technology that coming in is LED backlight display. It eventually will replace the current trend LCD monitor.

LED is very light and thick
If you planing to upgrade your PC and getting a biggest display monitor ,you might consider LED instead of LCD.You might still consider LCD since the price is droping and some model is really will worth to buy.,below are some points to consider when buying LED monitor .
What is the difference between LED and LCD

*LED Backlight vs CCFL backlight:LED monitor refers to a monitor that uses LED as a backlight instead of CCFL Backlight,it provide thinner and power efficiency and greater image quality.
* Hardware Signal Input divide: video inputs like VGA, DVI and HDMI are important, as is the stand, which should be height-adjustable if possible.
* Viewing angles should be wide. The generic name 'LCD screen' covers three different panel technologies, with TN being the cheapest and most common but with the least open viewing angles.Stand from difference viewing angles and check it yourself.
* The panel should be responsive to the input signal. If it isn't, then fast-moving objects will look blurry.
* Colours can be anywhere from completely wrong to absolutely perfect. It's something you need to examinate yourself instead of knowing from review of others user.
* Energy consumption on the monitors ,ranging from 22 to 80 W in comparable situations.Basically larger screen consume more power that smaller screen.Think carefully do you really really need such big screen for your computer desktop?
